MACLARENS

I was never a fan of Maclarens because of their lack of "plushness," however I have discovered that there is a great benefit and purpose in owning a no-frills stroller. When I want to "grab and go," I reach for a Maclaren! Ironically, for a brand that I wasn't crazy about, I now own more Maclarens than any other, and I have a feeling that if the Stable grows, it will be because I have added another Maclaren -- I love the pretty plaids!

I bought this Maclaren Vogue 2000 in Bali Blue because I thought it was a great travel stroller for an upcoming trip to NY with my now 21 month old daughter. I love Maclaren plaids, and this one is a real beauty! * Update! It worked great as a travel stroller, and I would choose this one again!

I purchased a 2004 Maclaren Volo in Carbon in large part to use with the pad sets I bought from Silver Cross when they had their moving sale. Below is a stock picture of a Maclaren Volo, actual pictures to be added soon! The Silver Cross pad sets fit perfectly and are much plusher and nicer than the Maclaren pad sets, in my opinion. Plus the hood that comes with the Silver Cross pad set has a handy pocket on the back for your keys and cell phone!
